If your rebuilt fuser wasn’t tested
and repaired by technicians who have both know-how and the right equipment,
chances are good it will fail again soon.
The Printer Works Difference
Specializing in HP LaserJets, we repair and
refurbish fusers for them with care and skill. We have custom built dedicated
instruments to test both aluminum-roller fusers (such as IIISi/4Si, IIP/IIIP,
4, 4+/ 5, 5Si/8000, 8100) and the newer instant-on film sleeved fusers
(like the 4L, 4P, 5P, 6P, 2100, 2200, 4000, 5000).
As far as we know, we are the only company
in this industry using test equipment as part of its fuser rebuild process,
capable of measuring the actual electrostatic charge being applied and
held onto the fuser rollers. If a fuser’s electronic system failed
prematurely once, it will certainly happen again if the problem is not
corrected during rebuild. Without equipment like ours no one can tell
whether a fuser will be a two-time loser. We can!
